Hi everyone!   This web page is a great way to keep in touch with what is going on here in our classroom. Above is a picture of our morning agenda. If you click on the picture it will enlarge the image. I hope everyone is settling in to the new school year! I think we are having a great start to the year. After being off all summer learnig the rules and routines here at Ian Baillie can sometimes be a lillte tough but slow and steady wins the race!   In Language Arts we are building our stamina for read and write to self. We have read for 4 minutes and our goal is to reach 15 minutes right now. Today in Math class we made patterns with up to 5 attributes. An attribute is what an element looks like. Ask your child if they can tell you what the core of a pattern is. (It's the part that repeats). Have a great night everyone.   P.S. There are a few little notes in the front of your child's agend :)
