This website has been part of our Science lesson over the past couple of weeks.  We are studying "Habitats".  The students have seen part of the video "The Beaver Whisperer", an episode on "The Nature of Things".  As a way of learning more about the beaver habitat, the students had to complete an assignment in the Computer Lab entitled: The Beaver Whisperer Website Scavenger Hunt.   Check it out for yourself and see how interesting and important the lives of beavers are!   Did you know? The world's biggest beaver dam is 2 790 feet long and can be viewed from space by satellites.
