It was a rainy and wet today.  We started today with a new desk change.  Not everyone was happy with their seat so I decided to give out some tickets to students who were following the rules and doing their jobs.  The winner of the draw would be able to switch two students desks, even if it wasnt their own.  We had tons of tickets, 5 draws, and one person won the draw 4 different times!  How lucky was he today? 

We started out the day with an older spelling word "sincerely", we wrote a letter to a friend, and we doodled a jellyfish.  In language arts with Mrs. Hill we worked on our daily 5 activities.  After recess we had math.  In math we reviewed place value, placing numbers on numberlines, and played some dice games.  We also took a little break to look at some of the Sistema pics!  After an indoor lunch we had PE with Mrs. Hache.  Then we had Art with Mrs. Hill and we worked on a top secret project!  We finished up the day reading from "The One and Only Ivan" and doing our book of gratitude. 

We will be having a Show and Tell on Thursday!  Get lots of sleep and I will see you in the morning!
