I cant believe how fast the time is flying by! The entire school came together this morning to work out some bugs with our Christmas concert, and we will have a full dress rehearsal tomorrow morning  for the concert on Thursday!  This week is the Christmas Concert!  WOW!

After our practice and recess we did our opening activities for language arts.  One of our using words clues was "When I was SMALL I was ver BRAVE but my brother still gave me a body SLAM into a puddle and I got very WET".  How did the word wall words help me today (all, am, gave, get)?  Our spelling word was "unbelievable" and we worked on a letter to the teachers.  We also did a quick self edit of our letters with pen.  We doodled a Santa Claus and it was time for big recess.

After recess and lunch (hot lunch was grilled cheese) we had PE with Miss Barton.  We did some basketball skills.  What did you use the tubes for when you were playing basketball?  After PE we went to the computer lab.  We worked on block code playing angry birds (check out the link in our weblinks).  It seems very similar to scratch!  We finished off the day with guidance.  Mrs. Sturgeon read us a story and did some role playing on emotions.  The bell rang to go home, and I didnt have time to sign the agenda's.  Smiley faces all around! It was a great day!

Dress warm, get lots of sleep, pick out some fancy Christmas Concert clothes for Thursday, and I will see you bright and early!
