The Ian Baillie STEM Fair will start first thing in the morning Tuesday March 28th. Students are invited to set up their projects as soon as they come to school. After the announcements and O'Canada, students will be asked to go to the gym with their book box's at 8:40 and be prepared to present. We hope to finish up the judging at 10:10 in time for recess.

Its that time again! Can your egg make it safely to the ground? Ian Baillie School has a challenge for you! Make a contraption to protect an egg! Just a reminder that our Christmas concert is on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 10 a.m. in the school gymnasium. Students are encouraged to wear their Christmas outfits/best dress-wear. Choir are to wear their Christmas outfits as well, and will not be wearing their uniforms for this performance.
The Miramichi East Playground Committee is selling tickets on a beautiful handmade Quilt with two pillow shams to match. Madeby our own Mrs. Robinson, this quilt is gorgeous! to view pictures of it, pleast check out the feature picture of this story.
Tickets are $2.00 each or 3/$5.00. Children will be cominghome with some to sell. Should you require more, please ask your child's teacher or your school's office.
The Draw will be held on Friday December 16, 2016 at 10:30am. Please have all money adn tickets back to your school by Thursday December 15, 2016.
Dear Parents/Guardians: The Choir will be wearing dress shirts, that were purchased by our home and school, for our Remembrance Day service. The girls will wear red or white and the boys will wear black. These shirts will remain at school and used only during performances. We ask that your child wear black pants or skirt. Black leggings only if there is a black skirt to go over it.
After some tough losses and cold games Ian Baille finally managed to come out on top when they played against Nelson on Thursday night. We had lots of players so we some chances to sit out and rest up our legs in between shifts. The warm weather also helped us (and our cheerleading parents). Good luck to the team next week!
