We started today working on our Merlin Story.  We doodled a cartoon dad and went straight into math.  In math we worked on dividing a large number into groups.  12 divided by 4 would be how many in each group?  Then we had recess.  It wont be long now until it is warm enough to head outdoors for recess again!  At least I hope its not long!  After recess we had language arts.  In language arts with Miss Gallant we worked on Charlotte's Web.  We read chapter 10, do you remember why it was called "The Explosion"?  Then we wrote some amazing paragraphs about what life would be like if we lived on a farm.   Did you see Miss Gallants bulletin board?  How cool was that?  We went outside for lunch today, and a few girls stayed in for guitar.  After lunch we went to JMH for tally Tuesday with Miss Mcfarlene.  How many laps did you run today?  When we came back to the school Mr. Murphy met with us and talked about Peer Helpers and being good role models.  Then we had Science and looked at different fasteners, and the fastest way to make a structure to connect two desks.  We cleaned up, did our book of gratitude, and got ready for home.  A very quick day indeed!  Tomorrow is Show and Tell.  Bring any item, no pets for this one!  Be able to speak for 1 minute, but not more than 2.  Get lots of rest and I will see you tomorrow for the last day of school this week!
